Hello Guys

I have seen many sites these daye that are eveluating the website for its cash value ....e.g cubestat , websiteoutlook and lots more....My questions is

1. Are they giving the good estimate or just a wild guess .
2. If they are providing the true ( or close to true estimate) then how do they do this . I mean is there any formula ..or what kind of formula they do adopt ?

Any idea would be beneficial .

Thanks in Advance

A lot of it is hoopla. I think the idea is "if they put it up for sale today, this is about what they would get." Assuming the site is free to use, I would assume it's based mostly on what the buyer would earn in advertising revenue, but that's not the figure we're talking about. ;)

Also, wrong forum.

Ha I'd get $0.39 a day apparently.

They must do it by google rank or something.
