about nphp

hi;
i wanted to install nphp , i did what the readme.txt says but after installing it on ftp , when i enter the site and submit the form i get 'I was unable to open the configuration file. Please check you have CHMODed the file correctly and that it exists' error.Please help thanks.

acctually i'm a newbie of that php thing , i did not understand anything -) what means 'cmodeding' ?

In the installation instructions does it tell you which permissions you must give the file in order to run it?

yes, readme.txt says i have to give it full access , but i don't know how i can do it and also which file do i have to give the permission..
ohm.. "You will also need to create a directory
called "sesdata", this should have full access
as well." is that what are you talking about..
