Someone help a n00b!!!

Post by z77 »

My name is David and I am trying to learn how to use PHP. I have read a few pages of a tutorial but had problems installing it so I have deceided to start all over. I am in desperate need of some instruction! I run Windows XP home edition if this helps with installation in any way. Please help me! If you have any experience, please email me at exz772000@yahoo.com or just post on the forum!

Thanks
Z out

I use easyphp.org on win98 - installed easily first time. Not sure what's good or bad with XP.

See this recent thread for other noob links:

FoxServ mate, http://www.foxserv.net. Failing that, punch "PHP Triad" into google. The aforementioned packages all include Apache, PHP, and mySQL.

Or if you want to install PHP on IIS, please PM for further instructions.
