Hello,
PHP and MySQL languages,
I create the tables, and add people on to them, and I know their is a way by adding in info on the table for like, user, like, user 1 is admin, user 2 is A user 3 is B and user 4 is C, and then wat?
So, I make it so people register accounts, and they can select their setting of whether they wanna be a A B or C, and then it puts it on the database with the 1 2 3 or 4, and then how do I give them special settings? for example, person A can see _______ person B can see _____ and finally, persona C can see both ____ and _____.
To further this,
Each person that registers gets their own settings. For instance, person A can add friends, so each person signed up as an A gets a "friends list" and can go directly to their profile. But their are multiple person A's and therefore each has differing friends...
If you can/want to talk to me further about this, Email: jmwiscool@hotmail.com
If you need any more info of mine, just email me and we can talk further.
I am not looking for a simple answer, I just want a small step to where I can go for help, whether it be a simple search string for google, or if you have direct links towards tutorials, or even if you want, an actual full answer.
Thanks for reading, and your time,
Justin Warner

With 'special settings' are you referring to pages or specific altering options (delete, add, edit, etc)?justinwarner wrote:then how do I give them special settings? for example, person A can see _______ person B can see _____ and finally, persona C can see both ____ and _____.
