PHP in HTML

When I'm trying to use this PHP code in HTML the output looks like this:

What possible use could you have for using heredoc (>>>_END)

heredoc is used for creating strings so what you've done is to make a string after the stuff used after the first >>>_END

did you mean to use break; or just end; without the >>>?

Your are trying to run PHP script witht a file with HTML extension. Have you configured your webserver to parse PHP in HTML files?

If not, then rename sell.html file's extention to php.
