Syntax Errors with php-mysql and email

Hi i have been wanting to create sme coding to add some clients in to a databse and email them leting them know of the status update. the coding looks ok to me but im getin random syntax errors where they perviously wasnt. any help?

You are missing the matching } on isset(post).

Next time, and if there are any other errors here, please post the errors

thanks. i fixed it
now the problem is it isnt posting anything in to the database or emailing
i don see what ihave done right lol
any help.
