Redirect error

I am trying to display "Thank you for your enquiry" then redirect back to index.html. The error i have is Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/tjcouk/public_html/saywell/send_form_email.php:77) in /home/tjcouk/public_html/saywell/send_form_email.php on line 79 but i cannot figure it out. use header before printing any output as follows

use following line at start of the code
