I don't know where to post this question.
I'm going to develop a website for a institution and they asked me if i'm going to use any CMS. At first, i planned to develop own CMS from scratch but it's time consuming. So i thought about using Drupal or Joomla.
But i'm not very much familiar with both. So which one should i pick up? Is it possible to embed jQuery easily onto any of these CMS ? And if there is any other CMS that I should think about, please suggest me so.
Thank you in advance.
Which CMS i should prefer?

i think you can use joomla cms, there is a lot of resources, plugins, documentation on internet. so you can learn about joomla.
don't forget to upgrade and fix all bug in joomla and plugin.

If you've not used any CMS before I recommend Wordpress. By far the easiest to learn, Joomla is big pile of awfulness.
