Yah, it's not easy when you are new and starts installing Apache. Most of the begginners get frightened by all the mumbojumbo in the php.ini and httpd.conf...

But I clearly state that the best way to learn is on the test-and-try basis. You can of course read the Apache Black Book and know everything about it, but that would take more than twice the time.

I still remember that' magical feeling' I got after succesfully installing the whole shebang on my PC. So, Berethorn: congrat's and I hope you'll have fun!

And remember the .phps-extension....might come in handy too! :D

I did have fun, now that it works. ;)

It wasn't too scary since I've edited the .ini files for FIFA 2003... Hopefully I'll get into PHP and learn a new language. :)
