Re: Php png to animated gif
You've considered the fact that if up1.png, up2.png and up3.png have white backgrounds, then that's going to be the resulting background in your animation right?
Re: Php png to animated gif
Yea the png have transparent background
Re: Php png to animated gif
Since PHP's GD doesn't do animated GIFs I assume the Gifencoder thing deals with the image byte by byte. Which isn't hard, just tedious. However GD doesn't do well with palette images, and alpha transparency in PNGs doesn't quite map to the all-or-nothing transparency that GIFs require...
What's the source of Gifencoder.class.php? According to phpclasses.org it's freeware but I'm not going to register just to look at one darn file.

Re: Php png to animated gif
Ugh. Cryptic. I can't tell if it handles transparency because it's so obfuscated, but if not then it'll be a chore to add it to that code.
If I were you I'd just drop the whole thing and use ImageMagick instead.

Re: Php png to animated gif
Don't you know about Google? It's this clever thing called a search engine. Say for example if you type ImageMagick in the search box, it searches the internet for possible matches! Look what I found using it!: http://php.net/manual/en/book.imagick.php
Re: Php png to animated gif
Orite i know google, google is my friend ... but how does this solve my problem, i have look at imagemagick but dont know how to install it?
