<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

</head>

<body>
<form method="post" action="send_email.php">
	Email: <br />
	<input name="email" id="email" type="text" /><br />

	Subject:<br />
	<input type="text" name="sub" id="sub"><br />

	Message:<br />
	<textarea name="message" id="message" rows="15" cols="40"></textarea><br />

	<input type="submit" value="Submit" />
</form>
</body>
</html>

phpcode:

} else {
  echo "Message sent to!".$mail->AddAddress;
}

var_dump( $mail->send() );

?>
</body>
