Problem with validation and display

The question is when i submit in empty form it will not show and Err as i typed bottom.
Yet it move straight away to page2.php. help please... :( :( :(

Your form's action is page2.php, so it's behaving properly. You can move your validation to page2 or you can change your form action to the current page and redirect if/when all validation tests pass.
