Ok...
I have used FlashFXP, Right click on submittedforms.php, then click CHMOD. Then you will see probley 9 boxes? Check ALL 9 of them. Then if that doesnt help try right clicking on form.php and checking all 9 boxed then click ok. Tha should fix all your errors.
Question:

I'm relatively new to php myself, and haven't played with the filesystem functions too much. Could change in a couple hrs tho
. However, Maybe you could post what the file permissions are for the file.
File permissions look like "rwxr-xr-x" .Tell us what you see. Perhaps flashfxp will tell you when you ftp to the directory with the file.
