We have install problem too. We use php3 and IIS6 can not handle
c:\php3\php.exe %s %s. Anyone know how to do it? Thank you for any help!

Like what the others said, beyond your gaps of more recent technology (PHP 4 has been out for quite some time now), you are really running in a less than secure enviroment.

IIS6 sucks
PHP3 what the hell?

both apache and and PHP4 are free, download them!
