Hi!

I have a little problem with include function...

when i split my site in more than one file and use include function to display it, i get those funny characters or whatever it is.

This problem i get uzing opera, on ie it is ok

What is it?
how to solve it?

The 'funny characters' are there in IE too (if you 'view source' you'll see them). Got some example code to show? I doubt it's the actual code doing it, but more likely some strange chars in the file that your editor isn't showing you.

opera is without doubt the worst browser ever made

i personally use around 8/9 browsers including
On Windows
Internet Explorer 6 (only one i know version of)
Mozilla (Most Recent)
Mozilla Firebird (Most Recent)
Netscape (Most Recent)
On Redhat 9
Mozilla Firebird (Most Recent)
Mozilla
Lynx
Galleon
Konqueror
few others not worth mentioning

opera has a habit of consistently incorrectly displaying things even though every other browser will show things perfectly, hell, galleon & konqueror arent 'really' browsers and even they can get it right, i recently built a brilliant site just for opera to cut off half a div, except every other browser was fine and the site passed validation.

my personal opinion is that IE is the best out of all the browsers, i know im probably gonna get flamed but its not too intrusive on the screen (the size of opera and many mozilla's "task bars" are ridiculious, if you have a sound knowledge of CSS you can get around IE's imperfections in design, firebird is a close second in my opinion with the result severely lagging behind

when i design sites i primarily design for IE, and make sure it works for both netscape and mozilla (most linux users use some form of mozilla)the rest i try to get working if they dont then if its nothing major i let it slide and carry on

another good example

i recently build a really cool DHTML/Javascript enabled dynamic menu it worked on every browser except opera where it would display it around 300px off where it was supposed to be

just my opinion, dont flame me too much
