Change substr_count()

Change substr_count()

If I change this

substr_count($input, 'From stephen@hotmail.com);

to this

substr_count($input, 'From *@*');

would it pic up all email addys instead of just the specified one like above?

then how can I get it to look for all e-mails and not just ones from a specified addy?
