Ah, i didn't know IIS didn't 'parse' .htaccess files. My knowledge of IIS doesn't extend beyond knowing it stands for Internet Information Services

IIS can do custom error pages, and that's about it ..
Apache is run on 67% of the Internet for a reason ya know

Well whatever he changed, it seems to work now. (apart from an smtp relaying problem) .. but the form works

you guys are too funny!
anyway...i did that <?php phpinfo() ?> test thing. Damned if the GLOBALS weren't OFF afterall. So more harassment...and some serious IS butt-kicking. I'm always glad to find out that I'm NOT the crazy one around here.
so.....it worked, it worked, it worked!!! my life is complete again.
