How can I open a php forum in my own site?

Hello everyone!
i am a newbi on this site...my name is rizwan khan, and i am a moderator of three forums on a pakistani music site http://www.indusmusic.tv/inv/index.php? and i have been administrating a community called indus community on yahoo groups...
i will soon launch a website for my community...but i want to add php forums there also...so i need to know whats the proceedure of getting this kind of forum on my site...also tell me about the cost of it...

I would think that's hard for outsiders to tell. If it's a good site, you'll have a lively forum and/or a lot of hits.
