Total Newb

Post by Darfuria »

Okay I am a total newb to PHP but I wish to learn.. I have a webserver that allows PHP so I dont have to download it but I really dont know where to start... I want to create a login for my website and have a forum on there.. Also I want to have a database where people can post things involving a Pen and Paper RPG (AD&D) I was wondering if anyone could give me a hand in either starting me off or giving me some pointers. Cheers.

look through our tutorials(s) (there are others floating around in varying places), read the wiki, read the manual, read other site's tutorials.. of which I don't have any bookmarked offhand, but I'm sure patrikG and a few others can offer some.. :)

but if your a book-person, thats okay too.
