Starting in php, which books?

I started to get interested in php and now , i'm wondering which books do you recommend for learning php with mysql or postgre

I'd recommend "Sams Teach Yourself PHP in 24 hours", very good book, I think.

please read the starter pack... at the top of this board. Another good idea is to search, there haven't been that many threads on book recommendations..

http://www.books24x7.com/ is a digital library with thousands of books on IT, Programming, Business etc...
It costs to join but I get it free via my job... it'll have anything people recommend on this forum (in most cases at least)

PHP Cookbook
Great book I think, will help you get used to the fundamental concepts of PHP, then the doc on php.net will finish up the training.
