Just wondering if anyone has any experience with using them for merchants and CC processing? How easy is it to work with php code? Is it easy to setup? Do you need a unique IP address on the server in order to process or can you use a shared IP?

PHP is great 8) you'll find there is a quick learning curve to making basic changes. The first time I looked at some php I thought it was a robust version of HTML that could query databases. I found there's alot more to it, and as far as PHP goes I still don't know diddly I haven't seen the shopping cart your talking about, but most of them actually run on perl. If you want to have a sucessful online store get a dedicated server for many reasons, including search engines.
