security alert, what is this

i have installed - pws which is working fine, And i haveinstalled php (installer) and php.exe is also working fine.
when i try to browse a php page i am getting the following error.

This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.
