sounds like kazza is listening on port 80 and serving up a directory listing. as to hpw tp fix, i am not sure.

OR...don't run em at the same time...better yet, run apache first then kazza..either way works fine :D .

Keep XP, dont use Mandrake for a desktop OS, in my opinion. Just setup apache to listen on a diferent port. Port 81 maybe. If Kazaa and Apache are using the same ports this will fix it.

nah, it is not a big problem, this server is only for testing my scripts, and i hardly use kazza.
xp is not a bad OS, it has been up for 65 days since i installed it...could't do that with window 98 :? + it shuts down the computer if it gets to hot..which is a good thing for me :).
