I know nothing about PHP but need some help

Post by e_a_g_l_e_p_i »

I am trying to add some shipping features to my PayPal shopping cart and I have seen a PHP script which has the exact options I need. If someone is willing to help me I will provide the links to the scripts that work so you can see what it is that I need.
The only problem with this PHP script is that it is for a whole new shoping cart and I don't need or want that, I only want to add different shipping options that can't be don with payPal unless some scripting is added.

I appreciate any and all help

If you expect someone to do everything for you, you are in the wrong place.
Now, if you show us the code where you need help, maybe we could help you.

more than likely you're not going to be able to just transfer features from one shopping cart to another... it's probably much more complicated than that.

Shall I move this to the

Volunteer Board (ask people to help for free)
Job Hunt (pay someone to do this)
Keep it here (Be forewarned we are not here to work for you)

I was simply asking for someone to help, if you don't want to help then don't reply. maybe there is someone out there who remembers how it was when they didn't know someting and had to have help. There is no need to reply just to be rude to me.

People get help here mostly by doing the work themselves. We have no problem providing pointers and some code, but if the code is involved, you may not get what you want. That's how this board works.

If you're not willing to do a bunch of the leg work yourself, this thread is then in the wrong place and will be moved.

To the original poster, I don't think the replies were rude in any way. They simply told you what this board was about. :)

This topic would get more responses toward what you were looking for if you were to post it in the volunteer or job hunt forum.
