which is the best CMS in PHP/MYSQL ??

I am wondering to know which is the best CMS
with the best documentation so that the beginner can gain
how to write the perfect CMS in php. without looking at the back
front, besides..

the reason you're not getting an answer is likely because "the best" is subjective. It depends heavily on the intended use.
And what does "without looking at the back front, besides.. " mean anyway?

which means ..just simply the best.

Wild, and possibly somewhat elitist, guess: the best CMS is unlikely to be very friendly to beginners. It'll have some complex and difficult bits.

while i agree, i will say that plone won the best CMS of the year award in 2006 and one of the main selling points of this CMS was it's user-friendly functionality and design while still remaining effective as a CMS. just fyi
