A client is driving me crazy with small daily changes on her web site.

I don' think she has the patience for learning an HTML editor and and FTP.
We could install a full blown CMS but it will take days to convert documents to CMS's standards.

What I would like is a browser WYSIWYG editor that reads and writes directly from the web server.
I once saw a tool at geocities that let user create/edit/save/update/delete content.

Anyone know of a product like this?

Are your charging for the changes?

Higher prices = Less changes

Hehe.

Just ask them what portions of their site they'd like full control over and give them a very basic administrative portion where they can edit those particular sections.

It's a non-profit so I can't charge too much.
I would prefer to off-load the whole maintenance task and focus on other development.

OK Superdezine, where can I find this? I've been surfing for an hour. Everything I see (commercial & non-commercial) look like huge all inclusive CMS. All I need is a file viewer and simple browser based viewer. Would prefer non-MySql solution.

Slightly off-topic, but if these features were not negotiated prior to you taking this project you should politely tell them unless they pay you appropriately, it's not getting done.
