Parse error

Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_OLD_FUNCTION' or `T_FUNCTION' or `T_VAR' or `'}'' in c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\url\UrlPatternManager.php on line 16

I get the above error while running a file. what does it mean?

It means you have a syntax error in your script.
Please post the first 16 lines of UrlPatternManager.php
