noob question - contact forms and where email addresses go

Hi al i know this is basically a noob question, but ive been building forms for a wile now and this one has me stumped. i cant seem to get it to post to my email address, basically you fill in the form in the fash and then it calls te php to post, i just cant seem to put my email adress in the right place, your help would be greatly appreciated!!
