I posted a few days ago about the inability of my php client to connect to my c server. I switched from a c server to a php server and still nothing. I desperately need someone to show me what is wrong in my codes. Please guys, i am learning and just need someone to show me.
The following is the php server:

The filename for the server is phpserver.php and can be accessed at the following address: pdc-amd01.poly.edu/~zcouli01/phpserver.php. The client can be accessed at pdc-amd01.poly.edu/~zcouli01/myform.php. The server is supposed to listen to port 10022.
PLEASE, I AM A BEGINNER WITHOUT ANY STRONG BACKGROUND IN NETWORK PROGRAMMING REASON WHY I AM DESPERATELY LOOKING FOR HELP.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
