I want to have that kind of window when user will type any address on the address bar. Is it possible?

It's possible, but I'll kill you.

Also, chromeless windows don't work like they used to anymore, IE6, Mozilla, and others no longer allow the method. And anyway, the example you posted opens as a fullscreen, not a popup, so they're either very confused or their example code malfunctions.

Pop-ups can be quite irritating - I suppose they do have their uses though. That's my measured, moderator's opinion. I'm not going to say a thing about webmasters getting savaged by wild pigs.

Header call?

Hi,
as a fullscreen, not a popup,
it opened as a popup in AOL version 8plus -- but there were no 'chromeless' features -- looked the same as every other page. So I have to agree, bad coding
