How can I have the search engine accessibility. i.e. if someone types Andrew Brent (suppose a singer)in yahoo or gogle or any other search engine, the search result will provide his web addresses, related web sites with his songs and so on.

Umm, if you're talking about what I think you're talking about, you don't really have to do anything apart from making the site.
Search engines routinely "spider" the web for new sites, and examine new content. Most have a feature where you can submit your URL to be included in the spidering, but chances are they'll find you on their own before they get to you on the list.
Once the site is up, just be patient. Eventually it'll be found. Of course, if you're not particularly attached to morality, you could use a google bomb.

My advice..
Make your html code as scematic as you can and let the layout to the css.
That way search engines will grub more info for your page and list you higher.
