why does this animation show up in Mozilla, but not IE?

have a look at those images in Internet Explorer, and Mozilla.
the Red Arrow icon's work a treat in mozilla, but in ie, they only show the first frame of animation...
both were created in PSP, as was the magnifying glass which odly, works fine in both....

any ideaS?

Just opened it and saved it using Ulead Gif Animator 5. I've had it happen before too. I have no idea what the problem is? Looks like IE is using the wrong dimensions.
