Not sure if this was posted elsewhere, but I just ran across an IE plugin similar to FF's LiveHTTPHeaders extension.
http://www.blunck.se/iehttpheaders/iehttpheaders.html
After you install it (with IE closed), open IE and go to
View ->
Explorer Bar ->
ieHTTPHeaders to turn it on. I installed mine on IE 6 on XP Pro SP2.

I've seen
people asking this question over and over here, so it's about time that I post here this useful resource:
Making the Absolute, Relative.

Well, if you don't want extra stuff cluttering your browser you can use this site instead.
http://web-sniffer.net/
It will use the browser ID/TAGs your browser send to it for contacting any other site. And it allows you to modify the ID/TAG to see what the different responses are from the site. It is much better than that type of plugin as it allows you far more control.

Not sure if it had been posted elsewhere, but this is
a Javascript perspective plugin for Eclipse. It is pretty neat.
To go about it without the download, using Eclipse's Find and Install manager,
go here (which is what I did).

JavaScript memory leaks
Interesting article for anyone who develops commercial JavaScript libs that utilize the DOM.

I stumbled across this nifty ajax preloader generator:

I think it's pretty awesome.
