I saw this list and thought it might be of interest to others. It is a page of links to a number of web based CSS layout tools. Most seem to allow creating 1/2/3 column layouts with headers and footers by just filling out a web form. If anyone finds one or more of these tools useful -- let us know.

Thanks, arborint. Seems like a quick way to slap together a CSS table-less layout for a page without stumbling with all the float:left's and such. Probably most useful to a designer who is stuck in the html table stage of layout, but who wants to go straight.

I added your post to the Useful Resource sticky thread in this forum arborint. It is a cool resource.
