XEMACS on Windows 2000 Pro

I am trying to use XEMACS at home to programme in php, how do i open and save files to another server in my university, i haev all persmissions, usernames and passwords to do this, put i cant figure out how to get XEMACS to do this for me??

Seems like the moderator has moved the topic because it was in PHP-Theory and design forum.
Regarding the xemacs remote filesystems: I'd recomend you download and install xemacs-efs package.

i have installed all the packages but i just dont know how to open a remote file that is not on my computer but on my university server

I haven't used XEMACS for almost 5 years, so I can't help you. Read the manual and Google it.

If you're on Win2k, you might try PerlEdit from Indigostar, its free and does "Open Files from Remote FTP" real well.
