I came across a website that had a free online form creator and connection to a database type of wizard, but I lost that link
It does it all in php.
Does anyone know of the site I am talking about ?
Thanks in advance.

I know I can do it very easy - I am thinking of setting up something similar in asp.net and was hoping to use that web site as model -
