Any idea whats wrong ?

This page is not Valid -//PHONE.COM//DTD WML 1.1//EN!
says it pretty well..

it's validating it against XML, which it is not conforming to.

So example code in
wikipedia is wrong ? And Im trying to learn WML from it !
