callsign algorithm, or whatever its called

I've read a thread somewhere on the net, or maybe it was a competition.. I dunno.. Anyway, it was regarding 'who could come up with the best callsign algorithm'...
eg... your name is John Smith...
echo strrev("htimS nhoJ");
and that'll be your callsign... I saw some really good examples, the better ones couldn't be deciphered in your head unless u sat down with a pencil and drew some sort of diagram..
Has anybody heard about such a phenomenon? or more to the point, has anybody got any such good examples, or have a link to the forum/page I was reading a long time ago? I'd love to have another read.
If any of you have got one, it'd be cool if you could post it!
