UK (London) entrepreneur looking for Developer

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Web Developer to work on a new auction based web site project.
This is offered to UK (London) only residents. I have plenty of contacts in India etc who can do the work, but I am not looking for that here. Please only respond if you are in the London area.
I am looking for either:
1) A partner who wants to get involved in the business and will be responsible for the full technical build and maintenance of the site. In the early stages it is the sort of role you could do part time and still hold down a full time job. You would take an equity stake and would therefore not be paid for your work, but you would share in the upside potential of getting in on day 1 of a business that could be the next e-bay.
2) A developer who is happy to work on the project for a fixed cash price. Again you must be based in the London area.
You should have creative flair, a real passion for web development and entrepreneurial spirit. Graphic Design skills would be a real benefit, but not essential.
It is proposed that the site will be built using PHP and MySQL and as such the candidate should be able to demonstrate very strong technical ability in these areas. Examples of work will be required.
You must be fluent in written and spoken English.
If you feel that you have the right skills and experience for this position then please apply now and include your CV, relevant experience, example sites you have built (inc web addresses if live) and a covering letter.
Please send your CV to mikerobertsmail at yahoo dot co dot uk
