I'll build it for $150,000 not including designer fees.

is this for real?? 150.000$?? or 150$?

I'm confused... can you please clarify this for me? do you use some kind of IM so we could talk more directly?

In the mean time I'm waiting for some more offers... come one people... is this forum so dry out of developers?

Yes, I'm completely serious. $150,000.00 USD. And if you find anyone offering a lower price, you'll end up with a useless site. My quote is actually quite low.

Yep, that's probably undercutting it even. Of course, you can probably find someone in India who'll do it for 2,000$, no question asked. Let us know how that turned out.

Just curious how you came up with that figure? Estimation done ito man hours, after sales support, guarantees, etc? Or is it just a ballpark figure?
Furthermore how do you determine the actual deliverables and/or milestones?

I often find that there is a gap between the expactations of business managers and the perceived deliverables by professionals. With programming the 'fly in the soup' is almost always security and management info.

I came up with that figure from experience working on big sites. The actual price would vary depending on the hours worked. It could come out +- 15% or so but the estimate is based off of 3,333 man hours at $45 per hour. If he's got the budget I'll build it, but more than likely he doesn't.

:offtopic: That SEO link in your signature is kind of spammy.
