PHP Group Projects for fun

Post by frost3r »

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there are any people out there that would enjoy working on some PHP projects together for fun. I personally really enjoy building up projects (websites or apps) and brining it from conception to finish; was wondering if there was anyone that shared the same interest.

I am actually hoping to maybe start a little group that would do just this together, work on projects which were interesting to everyone. I personally have been using PHP for over a year’s time now, coming from a previous 2 year background of playing with ASP. I would also really enjoy working with people who had a similar amount of experience so that we can learn from one another.

If you’re interested please post, let’s see what we can get going!

Yeah, I'd be interested in being part of a coding group.
I guess I'm not too experienced yet but I'm learning pretty fast.

I've beem roughly using php for a year, or so, but it's only very recently that I started to really try and learn it. Right now, I'm learning output bufferring and learning more mysql.

Hi guys,

I'm glad we've got some more people interested! I've setup some forums over at http://seriouse.com/forums so we can all discuss ideas together.

Hope to see you there :)

All the best

Well I don't think it would be appropriate for us to discuss the details of our personal projects on a public forum :? The url I provided is a forum I setup to be used solely for the purposes of our project, I'm not trying to steal you away from this forum :)

Just a note to those that might be trying to access the forums, my provider is currently moving servers around and so the site isn't up atm. Should be back soon :D
