If you are planning to outsource some of the projects in businesses, I'd like to suggest to take some time to think about the possibilities, advantages and risks involved in outsourcing. I'm not going to say here that outsourcing is bad. It is actually beneficial to many businesses if it's done right. It can definitely cut the costs while still getting the quality work, provided that you are effective and successful with it.

Here are some tips and guides on how to overcome the most common outsourcing problems:
1. Outsource the right activities - think about the things that will not directly affect and impact your customers. You just can't outsource projects that are the main or the core of the business as that will directly impact your customers.
2. Get the right help - How? Read number 3 and 4
3. Interview them carefully - consider asking them how they handle things and how you want them to handle the project. Feel their attitude. Skills without attitude will still not be effective.
4. Consider reviews and feedback - you need to know their previous experience and their previous work/job. Find some reviews of how they handle it--whether they did good or not.
5. Write everything down - serves as a basis of the terms and agreements of both parties.
