Position: PHP/MySQL Developer (Can work from any US location)
Scope: Professional experience in PHP 4, 5 and MySQL/SQL. Developer must be available to work during normal business hours for all contract work. Additionally, applicants must be highly skilled in their ability to interface with clients and work on behalf of another company for all client facing work. This project is Mac centric, so Applicant should be able to perform all work from an Apple machine, including testing and implementation for the client. Applicant must also be familiar with working on, testing and re-deploying code which is currently running in a production environment.

For what it's worth... You're making a big mistake...
If 12 years of web development has thought me anything it's that you will eventually get sick and tired of paying millions on crappy "political" decisions, architecture and code, and outsource your work to Romania or Russia, and let professionals handle your technical dept. for a fraction of the normal costs, ALL fully deductible. No need for the I9 form.
So... yeah... you're making a mistake... Trust, me, hundreds of US companies that already did that, can NOT be wrong... BIG ones too...
