Dev's sought for web-based tree breeding software

Hi everyone,
I work for a non-profit organization, The American Chestnut Foundation, whose mission is to restore the American chestnut species to its original range throughout the Appalachian Mountains.
To that end and through the efforts of paid staff, citizen scientists, and many partnering institutions and organizations, 10s of 1000s of trees have been planted throughout and just outside of the range.
Unfortunately, no single database exists to collate all of the data being amassed through those plantings. To get something that will do that, though, we have created design specifications and are seeking developers to take on our software development project.
All associated information may be found on this website:

I'll look forward to hearing from anyone who is interested.
Thanks!
Sara
