Hey my friends! So as you are reading this I'd like to give you a quick run down of what the opportunity consists of. So basically, I have a few huge websites that are just about to launch. One in particular is about 90% finished coding and is written in PHP.

I am looking for an efficient coder who can get this finished fast. I am not looking to pay up front but will work out an amazing payment plan that will probably be a lot more money than if I was going to pay a going rate. One of the reasons of doing this is I am possibly looking for a long term coder and can work out a plan that will be worth while, when we continue working together on future projects as well.

If you are interested in learning more and realize the great team that we could make, then PM me and I will share more details. Thanks guys! - Garrett

Just a note that:

is about as red as a red flag can get when it comes to web development. I'm not making a comment on your actual intentions, just that when a client doesn't want to pay up front, but provide "opportunities in the future", it rarely turns out that way. Basically you don't have any money to pay the developer now, but you're hoping your sites take off and generate enough income to pay them in the future. A risky venture for any seasoned developer.

Agreed. That definitely says 'volunteer work'.

Yeah, and you gotta wonder what happened the programmer(s) that already did 90% of the work.
