Extensive community needs programmer

Post by ineventime »

I am putting together an online community. It's a combination of friendster.net, livejournal.com and a full message forum system. It is being developed as part of a rock music magazine.

I need a programmer who can create a system similar to those seen on mtv.com and other large sites. I want people to sign up, have their own member profile that is connected to a written from scratch web forum, have access to their own small picture gallery (where they can upload, add captions and have users comment on each picture), be able to add bands, album reviews, and show reviews to the user database, and they will also have the option of starting their own online journal. I need the journal's colors to be customizeable. I need a banner ad rotation system built with full stats and control. There are a lot more small features needed.

I am willing to pay the price to get this done. I need estimates ASAP as to the cost.

E-mail me at dearxrich@aol.com
YOU CONTACT ME if youre interested. I won't engage in trying to hunt you down by e-mail or other medium.

just wondering, why wouldn't you want to use phpBB for the forums since it 's very custamizeable and lot more userfriendly/secure..

That is something that can and may be discussed with a programmer at the appropriate time.

I hate e-mail so much.

If the position is still open.. I'd like to offer my services..

If it's possible, can you post other contact info? AIM, etc.
