Yep its freelance... Alot of fun options, fun community, even style options. No you dont get a free pen if you join... But I guess I could do something like that (what kind of pen)?

and freelance is different from browsing job hunt.. how?
it's basically just a mediator setting a coder and a buyer together.. whats wrong with that?

And look at all the options

Dude, you should get competetive.
Elance does
8.5% and Scriptlance does
5% . A new site doing 12% isn't going to get much usage/traffic.
And this isn't a job offering, this is an advertisement for a site.
