I've been looking for 6 months, while at my current job and NOTHING

I have 7 years of hard experience and tons of references but they are just getting flooded with so many resumes.

when I got the job I have now as a webmaster they said they got 673 resumes from their hotjobs listing.

they said they didn't even go through half of them.
