Overseas hiring is an option.
Thank you everyone....

Could you provide some details on what projects you're going to outsource? And you should state the rates, otherwise I'll be forced to move your advertisement to Volunteer work forum.

I am not asking for free work here, I am looking to hire, rates to be negotiated. But I can not hire someone who works in house.
Until I speak to someone looking for a full time job I wont be able to determine rates.

Why is it so? I believe you shouldn't care if someone works in house or in office as long as he/she delivers the work in time.

He means he doesnt have the space inhouse ("In the office") to HOUSE another worker - he needs a remote worker, ie, a telecommuter.

When he says "In House" I think he means at his shop not the programmer's house. He says he doesn't have room at his office.

Yes everyone, thank you, yes I mean I do not have room for anyone in my current office.
Sorry if anyone misunderstood.

I doubt you are going to get some positive responses unless you give some more information on your company, rates, location, hours, skills required, etc
look around this forum and look how other companies have posted their listings.

Phenom,
Hours: this is a minimum of part time position(20+ per week)
Skills required: PHP MySQL (PGSql helpful)
Location: Anywhere that has a broadband connection
I will not be able to discuss pay in a public forum, but will negotiate with the right candidated privately.

OK
Let me make perfectly clear what I am after.
Somewhere I can hire to outsource, links information etc.
I do not want to contract on a project basis.
I do not want to hire in office, but someone who works at home or at an office.
I am looking for someone who is available minimum 20 hours a week, and not just on the weekends.
I am based in UK & US and travel back and forth between both, but the person I hire does not have to be in either place.
So if you can please recommend somewhere I can find someone who fills the above requirements, or if you feel you can, please let me know.
Thanks All!
