Looking to buy an original PHP script for resale

I would like to buy an original PHP script. I am not really particular as to the nature of the script. I will consider just about anything. The script must be your own work and not include GNU. After the sale, complete rights to the script, all source code, and documentation will transfer to me.

Please PM me with demos and asking price. Also, please let me know if you have been selling the script, distributing it as freeware, or using it for personal use.

Thanks! I look forward to hearing from you.

Well, anything of quality. I want full applications like the ones listed at Hot Scripts. I'm not interested in tiny bits of code that just display the time and date or simple things like that.

Click on the PHPhoto link in my signature.. That sort of thing?

(This might even inspire me to finish it!)

Yeah, anything at all. I guess I would have to add that I am especially interested in:

Shopping Carts
Text Link Exchange Managers
Top Sites Managers
Site Search
Web Search
Affiliate Store Builder like http://www.associate-o-matic.com/

If you have something that doesn't fit into those categories, then don't hesitate to post it. I may be interested in it as well. Thanks to all.

Would you be interested in 'rich format in-place editor' (pure javascript)?
you can create simple webpages with it on the fly...without ever knowing html...

something tells me i would rather not as it's probably gonna be used to support some outsourcing country that's gonna say "we did this.. and we can do this as well" when in fact, they have no idea what they are doing to begin with.

but hey, i might be wrong, and if I am sorry. But if I'm correct, why not just hire someone to do this stuff instead of the method you are going about it?

I will (within a month or two) have completed a automotive listings web application which will include features found in most advanced automotive listing software.

I have spent a great deal of time designing and programming this software, changing from a Smarty template engine to my own rolled out solution for maximum portability.

I rely only on AdoDB third party library. The rest I decided to rolol my own solution.

The design of the backend control panel is customized very easily, but at this time, only the header/footer can be changed in an instant, anything else would require modifying the templates - which include PHP that works strictly with objects (there are no native SQL calls or file operations that occur inside templates).

I have been working on a professional quality PDF doc for both end users and the programmer who wishes to modify the code (API docs, tutorials, etc...).

The front end display which end users/site visitors will work with will be almost 100% modifiable to any design or layout to fit any web site.

The backend is almost completely finished and can be viewed online, but I will only send you a link in email, cuz I develop on a share host and I don't need 1,000 people using my bandwidth :D

I was planning on setting up a web site to market this software, setting up a shopping cart, etc...but I am not much of a business man in the way of sales, so I am slowly weasling my way of what I had planned. I also planned on selling this software as rebrandable, so other developers/designers could purchase the software and rebrand it as their own charging what they liked.

I understand you wish to purchase all of the rights and not have to pay royalties on each sale you make.

So I ask, how much were planning on spending?

Contact me at: nuweb1@hotmail.comor nuweb1@shaw.ca

If I like your offer I will send you the link to test drive the admin panel and see what it is I am working towards :)

Regards,
Alex

I say...

1) He's a designer with a trivial PHP skillset. Business oriented and enoys giving clients off the shelf solutions as compared to custom becuz of time constraints and possible lack of time or ability.

2) He has one of those web sites where he sells 1,000 scripts at the incredibly low cost of ONLY 249 USD.

In any case, as long as the deal is fare for both you and he...who cares what the heck he does with them??? :)
